Vietnamese National Assembly President to Visit Cambodia on Official Mission

Phnom Penh, November 18, 2024 – Chin Thanh Minh, President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, will lead a high-level delegation on an official and friendly visit to Cambodia from November 21 to 24, 2024.

The visit comes at the invitation of Khuon Sodary, President of Cambodia’s National Assembly, according to an announcement issued by the General Secretariat of the National Assembly on November 13.

This visit aims to strengthen the longstanding ties and cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two neighboring countries. The Vietnamese delegation is expected to meet with Cambodian leaders to discuss bilateral collaboration, regional issues, and strategies for enhancing mutual development.

The agenda also includes official meetings and events that reflect the growing partnership between Cambodia and Vietnam, underscoring their commitment to continued friendship and cooperation.
